Contact us before returning any items. Product must be in new condition & unharmed otherwise the refund will be denied.  Returned items shipped international, clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. PIMPSTARLIFE / RIDE ALL DAY AB  is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Customer Must return the goods within 14 days of sending the return-message. Damaged/used product may reduce the value of said goods for return payment. Note, return policy does not include opened and/or used goods of intimate nature like underwear. No refunds will be made on shipping costs on a delivered product.
