Street, dirt, gravel, girls… Those few words more or less defines what Pimpstar is all about – it’s about all the shit that makes you laugh, enjoy, urge, lust and gets your adrenaline to reach very unhealthy levels. Whether you love speed, getting dirty, riding, rocking out or just screaming your head off it’s mostly all about making the most out of life. Clothes for a lifestyle We ride as much as we can, and we ride everything that we can get our hands on. We chase that unmistakeble rush you get when you push something really far, borderline insane – and you just can’t stop laughing!

Pimpstar combines a love for riding, gasoline, dirty and playing. And we combine it with clothes that can handle it as well as merch that fit the lifestyle. Pimpstar We wanted to combine all of those areas into one solid core, call it a combination of riding and lifestyle that we couldn’t quite get our hands on, so we created our own brand. Our vision is to give you some of that lifestyle that so many people live and breathe every day, although not in one single category, we want to bring you the keyparts – we’re pretty sure you already have the rest figured out. How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all regular account payments available through our checkout with Paypal. Currently we don't accept cash or cheque.

 


Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

 No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

 


How do you ship my order?

All orders are shipped with "Posten" (Swedish Postal Service). You can easily see the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out. At this moment we cannot offer any other carrier for shipping. Depending on where you live delivery times can vary, but it usually takes 5-10 business days.

 


Can you handle international orders?

Yes, we can handle orders from all countries of the European Union. In accordance to Swedish tax regulations we apply swedish VAT (25%) to all orders within the European Union. If you reside in a country outside of the European Union you can send an order request to order@pimpstarlife.com. We cannot handle any orders to Asia, South America or Africa. If possible to ship to a specific country outside of the European Union, tax will be deducted upon checkout and you will personally be responsible for any potential custom charges or fees imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be and you may like to contact your local customs office to find out more. We always provide the actual order value on any required custom information and will not alter this figure.

 

 


My country is not listed when placing an order?

If your country is not represented in the shipping list, please contact order@pimpstarlife.com for assistance. We currently cannot handle orders to Asia, South America or Africa.

 


Is the store safe?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

 


What size should I pick?

All products have a size chart in their descriptions. All measurements are made in centimeters and refer to "WIDTH" and "LENGTH" of garment. "WIDTH" are measured on garment's front mid-chest, from side to side. "LENGTH" is measured from top (shoulder) to the bottom of the garment's front. Remember that all sizes can marginally vary.

 


Is what I see what I get?

We always strive to as accurate as possible portray all products and information on this website. However we cannot guarantee all pictures and/or information to perfectly reflect the actual apperance or color. If you have any doubts or question regarding a product, don't hesitate to contact us at info@pimpstarlife.com. Pimpstar reserves the rights for any possible misprints, typos or inaccurate information on this website. 

 


What sizes do you carry?
We have a full range from Small all the way up to 3XL - specially made with protective gear in mind (so you can fit your gear underneath the hoodie e.g) Every product has a size chart on the page for easy access.

 


 

Restocking, Sold-out items and Pricing
We do restock some of our items on occasion but we do work with limited quantities to make it all the more unique for you as a customer. This may cause some items and/or sizes to not restock. Pimpstar holds the right to adjust prices on all items at any time without notice until item is checked out.

 


How do I care for my apparel?
Every product have a quick care guide available at each page. Just keep in mind that we recomend washing your apparel inside-out in cold water, wash dark colors separately, don't iron the print and/or design and do not dry clean or tumble dry the clothes. Also let them hang-dry if available.

 


What happens if I'm not happy with my order?

We want you to be happy with your brand new Pimpstar order and we accept full return policy 14 days after your order. If you have any questions or you are welcome to contact us at sales@pimpstarlife.com with your issue and/or send us the order/item you wish to return according to the guidelines below.

Return Policy

• The product must not have been used nor been damaged. Product package shall not be broken or opened if not resealable. 
• The return must take place within 14 days of pickup. 
• You are responsible for any shipping costs due to returns of products.
• Receipts or invoices along with the product must be included with the return shipment.
• Return shipments needs to be door to door. We cannot accept shipments required pickup at any pickup office.
• Depending on stock we cannot guarantee a returned product can be replaced with a new product. In such case a refund will be payed out.

If any of the criterias above are not fulfilled the return is considered unqualified for refund and will be returned to you at your own expense. 

How to return a product
Send your product along with the receipt or invoice to our return address below. Your refund will be payed out within 30 days after we receive your return. Remember to save tracking number since you are responsible for your return shipment until we receive it..

Things to keep in mind
• If you use ie Hotmail or any other e-mail server for that matter, make sure to check your spam filter's settings so confirmations or other information don't get stuck.
• It is your responsibility as a customer to contact PIMPSTAR if you don't receive any confirmation on orders or such through e-mail.
• Pimpstar holds the right to adjust prices on all items at any time without notice until item is fully checked out.
• On occasion we might have temporary campaigns or discounts. Please note that these might not be advertised in advance.
