Pimpstarlife / Pimpstar clothing company was founded in 2010 with the intentions of having fun, getting some nice clothes to ride in and hoping to someday create a sweet brand through which we all could share our common interest of going crazy in any sport or activity that gets your adrenaline flowing! Whether you see your part as doing a sport, or just going out there having fun, be it on a bike, motard, car or even bmx, skate or whatnot it’s all about enjoying life and that’s what we aim for.

Pimpstar / Pimpstarlife is a clothing brand founded in 2010 by two friends who did the classic thing – got together one cold night, dreamt about warm weather, riding bikes and having fun. It just so happend that they also liked sweet clothes, gear and everything that could get your blood going. The name itself is our way of saying -Don’t take everything too serious or you’ll miss out on all the fun stuff in life.
We all share the love of the thrill, the adrenaline and that stupid ass smile you get when you just pulled off something very stupid and sketchy. We stem from a mixed background of skateboarding, snowboard, bmx, martial arts, motocross, street bikes, drifting cars and graffiti. It’s a weird mixture sometimes but hey, that’s what we’re all for – enjoying life.
Pimpstar is based in Gothenburg, Sweden and constantly support all one-man sports out there where you can hurt yourself.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When does my pre-order arrive?
Pre-order items are subject to the product info page and may have delayed shipping times. Please note that they do not arrive in the usual time frame and please make sure to read the product info when ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all regular account payments available through our checkout with Paypal. Currently we don't accept cash or cheque.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How do you ship my order?
We currently use FedEx for international orders and Swedish Postal Service for most scandinavian orders. At this moment we cannot offer any other carrier for shipping. Depending on where you live delivery times can vary, but it usually takes 5-10 business days.
You can easily see the shipping cost in your shopping cart before you check out.
UPDATE: 20/08/13 All orders over €100 gets free shipping on national orders within Sweden.
Can you handle international orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We are constantly trying to improve and if your country isn’t show in the shipping list on check-out please contact us with a request and we will try to help. In accordance to Swedish tax regulations we apply swedish VAT (25%) to all orders within the European Union.
UPDATE: 20/08/13 All orders over €200 gets free shipping on international orders.
If you reside in a country outside of the European Union tax will not be added and you will personally be responsible for any potential custom charges or fees imposed in your country.
We cannot predict what these might be and you may want to contact your local customs office to find out more. We always provide the actual order value on any required custom information and will not alter this figure.

Is the store safe?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We always strive to be as accurate as possible and portray all products and information on this website. However we cannot guarantee all pictures and/or information to perfectly reflect the actual apperance or color. Restocking, Sold-out items and Pricing
We do restock some of our items on occasion but we do work with limited quantities to make it all the more unique for you as a customer. This may cause some items and/or sizes to not restock. Pimpstar holds the right to adjust prices on all items at any time without notice until the item is checked out.
How do I care for my apparel?
We recomend washing your apparel inside-out in cold water, wash dark colors separately, don't iron the print and/or design and do not dry clean or tumble dry the clothes. Let them hang-dry if available.
What happens if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to be happy with your brand new Pimpstar order and we accept full return policy 14 days after your order. If you have any questions or comments you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com with your issue and/or send us the order/item you wish to return according to the guidelines below.
• The product must not have been used nor been damaged. Product package shall not be broken or opened if not resealable.
• The return must take place within 14 days of pickup.
• You are responsible for any shipping costs due to returns of products.
• Receipts or invoices along with the product must be included with the return shipment.
• Return shipments needs to be door to door. We cannot accept shipments required pickup at any pickup office.
• Depending on stock we cannot guarantee that a returned product can be replaced with a new product. In such case a refund will be payed out.
If any of the criterias above are not fulfilled the return is considered unqualified for refund and will be returned to you at your own expense.
How to return a product
Send your product along with the receipt or invoice to our return address below. Your refund will be payed out within 30 days after we receive your return. Remember to save the tracking number since you are responsible for your return shipment until we receive it.
It is important for us that you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return your product within 14 days after you have received your order. The product must be in original unused condition and in the original box and/or packaging with original tags attached. Return shipping will be payed by you.
Non-EU residents please note!
When returning a package, please set value on shipping declaration to 0 (zero) and item as ”return” + product. You agree to pay all eventual customs charges involved with your return.
Step-by-step how to make a return:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Return + your order number". Write down what product you would like to return.
2. Fill in the exchange form, and enclose this including your reciept.
3. Please mark the package with "Return + your order number" to speed things up. Non-EU residents please note! When returning a package, please set value on shipping declaration to 0 (zero) and item as ”return” + product. You agree to pay all eventual customs charges involved with your return.

5. When we have received your return we will transfer the refund to your credit card or PayPal account. Shipping will not be refunded.
Please note that in some cases returns and exchanges can take up to 15 days.
